Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cartridges, needles, or other consumable items for health and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@peppipens.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label for eligible items within 2 business days.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
